My husband bought me a pretty nice Nikon for my birthday.
I'm very novice, don't want to get on the photography train and start photographing weddings or family portraits but I will say, it's developed into a nice hobby of mine.
Recently, I wanted to photograph scars. Only two brave friends came through, so I lent myself and my birthmark (I know it isn't a scar) to be photographed.
I had a lot of fun, they're brave for letting me get up close and personal.
Lastly, I coined my own phrase, "Every scar has a story," a couple of years ago and it couldn't be more true.
